Registration Information

The U.S. Public Sector FY18 Kickoff and ISU is an invitation-only event. Partners must receive an invitation in order to register and be approved to attend. Invitations are non-transferable.

On-Site Registration

Please be sure that you have a form of positive identification, such as the following:

·         Valid Passport

·         Government Issued Identification Card

·         Driver's License or State Identification Card (with photograph)

·         Social Security Card or Other Official Identification Document

Note:  At least one of these items must include an official photograph.

Registration Cancellations/Updates

If you need to cancel, we request you do so by July 21, 2017, 11:59pm Pacific Time. Because attendance is limited at this event, cancelling by this date will allow us to accommodate all those that would like to attend.  Should you need to cancel, please email to cancel your registration.

Dress Code

Business Casual is suggested for all sessions and meetings. Keep in mind, while it will be warm outside, it tends to be cold inside the building.

What is provided during the U.S. Public Sector FY18 Kickoff and ISU?

We look forward to welcoming our Partners to Bellevue, WA for what is sure to be a great event. Each contracted partner will receive two registrations respectively.

Food and Beverage that will be provided during the U.S. Public Sector FY18 Kickoff and ISU:

·         Monday, July 31, 2017: Welcome Reception from 6:30pm - 9:30pm

·         Tuesday, August 1, 2017:  Breakfast, Lunch, and FY18 Party from 6:30pm - 9:30pm

·         Wednesday, August 2, 2017:  Breakfast and Lunch

Individuals are responsible for air travel, airport transfers, hotel accommodations and expenses.

Conference Security

We understand that worldwide events have caused each of us to focus more on our personal safety while traveling and attending conferences such as U.S. Public Sector FY18 Kickoff and ISU. The safety and security of all of our attendees is our first priority and we continue to work closely with the highest levels of federal, state & local agencies to share the latest information available. In cooperation with local authorities, federal law enforcement, as well as the venues in which the event will be held, Microsoft is committed to making every effort to ensure a safe and productive event for all of our attendees.

Conference Policy

We request your cooperation in the following areas:

·         Clearly display your conference badge at all times and while in the immediate conference areas.

·         Please use the badge wallet provided to clearly display your conference badge. People with badges not in badge-wallets will not be allowed to enter any conference events.

·         Do not bring unnecessary items into conference sessions (recording devices, video cameras, laser pointers).

·         Do not leave bags, briefcases, laptop cases or luggage unattended at any time.

·         Do not leave valuable items unattended.

·         Whenever possible, don't bring valuable items to the conference. Utilize the safes or lock-boxes provided at many hotels.

·         Immediately report any suspicious behavior to a security officer or event staff member.
